Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping of Artworks

Once you have purchased an artwork, reasonable care is taken to ensure it arrives to you safely and in a timely manner.

Packaging

Unframed works on canvas will typically be rolled in a tube, ready for framing.

Unframed works on paper will be either rolled, or packaged flat with cardboard.

Framed works will be packaged flat with bubble wrap and cardboard.

Timing for Ready-Made Works

Once you have completed your purchase online, your artwork will typically be packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. Your artwork should arrive within 7-10 business days of purchase.

Timing for Custom Works

Timing for the creation of custom artworks is quoted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the level of detail and size of the artwork. Once created and dry (so as to be suitable for packaging and transport), your artwork will be packaged and shipped. You should allow approximately 4 – 5 weeks for receipt of your artwork. This accounts for a minimum of 3 – 4 weeks for acrylic paintings when making a custom artwork request, plus additional time for shipping.

Please contact the artist directly for urgent custom artwork enquiries.
